In order to create the schedule, I will need the following information by no later than 2 months before the wedding. Please complete this form once you have all your information ready, and I will create your final contract, makeover schedule and balance breakdown for that day.
After I receive this from you, I will reserve any additional stylists if necessary, as well as create the final contract, schedule and a balance breakdown.
